Corporate Membership
Corporate members of the library include research establishments, traders, voluntary and statutory welfare organizations, law firms, insurance and financial brokers, as well as private medical and alternative medical practitioners.
Requirements:

The application for membership must be submitted by the head or executive officer of the organization, who will be responsible for ensuring that all outstanding debts to the library, such as those for lost or damaged books, overdue fines, or any other liabilities, are settled.

Each organization must assign one senior personnel as a contact person and coordinator for the corporate membership scheme.

Organizations must submit a minimum of five (5) applicants at one time to be eligible for the Corporate Membership Scheme. No new registrations will be accepted beyond this initial group.

Applicants must submit an official letter of interest along with the application forms.

The library card will be issued to individuals identified by the parent organization. The card's use is solely for the benefit of the named member, who will be responsible for paying any fines or debts.

Each member will be assigned user IDs and passwords to access the digital library system. These credentials are non-transferable and must be kept confidential.

The library card is non-transferable.

All borrowing and privileges are governed by the existing rules and regulations enforced by Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

The library reserves the right to review and change the policy without notice.
